摘要
分析某JDQXF型互感器内部气体微水含量超标及过快增长缺陷产生的原因。针对该缺陷现场处理手段单一、无法干燥线圈绝缘中水分的问题,提出了电伴热带配合抽真空的处理方法。为验证该方法的可行性,开展了电伴热带处理SF_6互感器内部水分的模拟试验,试验结果表明所提方法可有效降低互感器内部的水分。电伴热带配合抽真空的处理方法为SF_6互感器内部水分现场处置提供了一种新的解决思路。
The reasons that caused the exceeding of limit and excessive growth of the micro moisture content inside a JDQXF type transformer are analyzed.Aimed at problems that the moisture inside the coil insulation cannot be dried with the only field treatment method currently available,the treatment method of electric tracing band combined with vacuum pumping is proposed.In order to testify the feasibility of the method,a simulated test of the treatment of the internal moisture of the SF6 transformer by the electric tracing band is carried out.The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the internal moisture of the SF6 transformer.The treatment method of electric tracing band combined with vacuum pumping provides a new solving idea for the field treatment of the internal moisture of SF6 transformers.
