北工职院综合管廊建设总体规划方案设计

摘要 近年来,国家陆续出台政策支持综合管廊项目建设,北京市也鼓励进行地下管网的更新与改造。北京地区很多高校已经建设了综合管廊,采用信息化手段管理地下管网。北京工业职业技术学院建校时间长,老旧的地下管网设施已经不堪重负,且地下管线以直埋为主,出现问题检修难度大。结合专业知识,规划设计该校综合管廊建设总体规划方案,为该校今后的智慧校园、绿色校园建设提供参考依据。 In recent years,the state has successively issued policies to support the construction of integrated pipe gallery,Beijing has also encouraged the renewal and renovation of the underground pipe network.Many colleges and universities in Beijing have built integrated pipe gallery to manage the underground pipe network by information means.Beijing Polytechnic College has been established for a long time.The old underground pipe network facilities have been overwhelmed,and the underground pipelines are mainly buried directly,whose problems are difficult to repair.Combined with professional knowledge,this paper proposes the overall planning scheme design of the school's integrated pipe gallery construction,so as to provide reference for the construction of smart campus and green campus in the future.
