Exploration and Consideration on Modern Apprenticeship System of Medical Technology Specialty Under Public-Private Partnership Mode

PPP模式下现代学徒制是顺应社会发展的产物,其对高职院校培养综合性技能人才具有重要意义。从现代学徒制、PPP模式的定义入手,阐述在PPP框架下推广校企合作性质的现代学徒制的意义,并以陕西能源职业技术学院医学院为例进行分析,提出相应政策建议。

Modern apprenticeship under PPP mode is a product of social development,which is of great significance to the cultivation of comprehensive skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.Starting with the definition of modern apprenticeship and PPP mode,this paper expounds the significance of promoting the modern apprenticeship of school-enterprise cooperation under the framework of PPP,and takes the Medical School of Shaanxi Energy Institute as an example to analyze,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
