高职院校会计专业职业能力教育教学改革探索

Exploration on Teaching Reform of Vocational Competence Education for Accounting Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前部分高职院校在会计专业人才培养上,存在注重专业能力、专业技能教学,忽视其他职业能力培养的现象。对高职院校会计专业学生的职业能力现状进行分析,指出该专业学生存在职业意识薄弱、沟通能力欠缺、创新不足和处理实际问题能力不强等问题;分析其产生原因;对其职业能力的培养和提高进行相应的思考和探索,提出制定职业规划、按需开设课程、改革考核制度、充分利用第二课堂等解决办法。

Professional competence is not only major competence.At present,many higher vocational colleges still pay attention to major competence and professional skills in the training of accounting professionals,ignoring the cultivation of other professional competence.This paper mainly analyses the present situation of professional competence of accounting students in higher vocational colleges,points out that accounting students in higher vocational colleges have some problems,such as weak professional consciousness,lacking of communication ability,lacking of innovation and weak handling of practical problems;probes into the causes of these problems,such as weak foundation of students and single assessment model;and carries out the training and improvement of their professional competence.The corresponding thinking and exploration have been made,and solutions have been put forward,such as formulating career planning,offering courses on demand,reforming assessment system and utilizing the second classroom.
