摘要
双主体办学打造了"校企双导师"队伍,让学生做学结合、学以致用,并成功孵化了创业项目;但是对双导师队伍难以统一管理,学生实训与企业安排存在一定矛盾,教务工作也受到一定的挑战。通过五年的教学实践摸索,提出了调整组织结构、拓展企业资源、学分置换以及完善校企合作激励机制等措施,期望为培养高职创业人才创造更好的成长环境。
Higher vocational college run by two subjects has developed dual supervisor through schoolenterprise cooperation,which makes students learn by doing and develops entrepreneur programs.However,issues exist in this operation including difficulties in the management of supervisors,contradiction between practical training and enterprise arrangement,and challenges of teaching.Five years of practice indicates that measures need to be adopted to adjust organizational structure,increase enterprise resources,perfect credit transference principles and improve school-enterprise cooperation.
