城市少数民族流动人口合法权益保障的问题及对策

城市少数民族流动人口的合法权益保障关系到国家的政治稳定、民族平等与团结,需引起重视。当前,少数民族流动人口合法权益存在选举权和被选举权、就业权、文化教育权、享受社会福利和救济权等仍得不到充分保障等问题,需要通过加大法律法规执行力度、做好城市民族工作、加强对城市少数民族流动人口的宣传教育以及强化他们的自身能力等对策加以解决。

The protection of the legal rights and interests of migrant ethnic minority populations in city areas is of great importance to national political stability,national equality and unity,which should be paid attention to.At present,this group’s legal rights and interests are not fully protected such as the right to vote and to be elected,the right of employment,the right of education,the right to enjoy social welfare and relief,and so on.It is necessary to strengthen the enforcement of laws and regulations,improve work quality with urban ethnic group,strengthen the propaganda and education of urban ethnic populations and enhance their own competence to address these issues.
