摘要 现代高职教育必须把教学作为人才培养的重中之重,教学质量的提升一方面需要可靠的过程监控,另一方面还需要得当的教学质量评估。"三三三全过程"督导则是通过现代技术手段,对高职人才培养全过程进行业务流程分解,运用BPR的管理理念进行教育管理业务重组,找出关键控制点,设置信息收集点,结合科学有效的评价手段来提高人才培养质量的一种教育管理理念和做法。 It’s a must to regard teaching as the top priority in talent training for modern higher vocational education. The improvement of teaching quality depends on reliable process monitoring and needs proper teaching quality evaluation follow-up as well. The supervision of “333Whole Process” is a kind of educational management idea and practice to improve the quality of talent cultivation by modern technology, decomposing the business process of the whole process of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, reorganizing the educational management business with BPR management concept, identifying key control points, setting up information collection points and combining scientific and effective evaluation means.
