摘要
以安徽师范大学旅游管理专业酒店实习生为例,通过深度访谈、个案调查以及问卷调查,运用SPSS 17.0软件、扎根理论随机编码等方法,分析实习收获因子维度等.研究发现:实习最大的收获是加强沟通应对、处理人际关系的能力;性别、成绩、是否为主要学生干部等对实习收获有一定影响;实习生更关注精神诉求等.教学管理上,只有不断加强理论教学和实践管理,密切学校、酒店、实习生三者之间的联系,加大对学生的人文关怀,才能更好实现人才培养目的.
There are many problems in the internship of Tourism Management Major in the colleges.The thesis takes Anhui Normal University tourism management undergraduate students who participatein hotel internship as a sample.By means of in depth interview,case investigation and questionnaire survey,descriptive analysis,factor analysis,grounded theory random coding,IPA and other research methods are used to analyze the factors that influence the internship harvest of hotels,the internship harvest factor dimension,satisfaction,etc.The findings are as follows:gender,grade,and whether the student is the main cadre have certain influence on the internship harvest;the biggest gain of internship is to strengthen the ability of communication,coping and dealing with interpersonal relationship;interns pay more attention to spiritual appeals.In terms of teaching management,only by constantly strengthening theoretical teaching and practical management,keeping close contact with schools,hotels and interns,and increasing humanistic care for students,can the purpose of talent training be better realized.
