Retrospect and Prospect 70-year Higher Education on Publishing in China

本文在新中国成立七十周年的重要时间节点上,对我国出版高等教育事业的发展历程和未来前景全面总结梳理,从四个维度探究我国出版高等教育事业七十年发展:1.历史篇系统梳理我国出版高等教育事业的发展历程;2.时代篇写了十八大以来,在新的时代精神引领下,出版高等教育事业取得的蓬勃发展;3.高校篇以北京印刷学院为例,探究高校之于出版教育发展的重要作用;4.人才篇提出了在新时代背景下,在历史新起点上开创人才工作新局面,培养国家新闻出版传媒事业人才的三点期望。

To celebrate the 70 th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China,this paper makes an overall summary and sort-out of the development process of and future prospect for China’s higher education on publishing.It probes into the advancement of China’s higher education on publishing in the past seven decades:First,the chapter“History”systematically sorts out the development process of China’s higher education on publishing;second,the chapter“New Times”tracks back the robust development of China’s higher education on publishing under the guidance of the spirits of the new times since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China;third,the chapter“Higher-learning Institutions”takes the Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication as an example,and explores the important role played by higher-learning institutions in the development of publishing education;and fourth,the chapter“Talents”puts forth three expectations on making new advances in the talents work at a new beginning and cultivating the talents for China’s news,publishing and media causes in the new era.
