摘要 将矿石运到矿仓进行布料,需要对小车换仓进行频繁操作,这不但使得操作人员的劳动强度增加,也使得后续操作受到人为影响较大。同时由于布料小车的工作现场的作业环境粉尘较大,不利于操作及观察,给操作人员带来很大麻烦。所以能否实现布料小车的无人值守控制,不仅能够提高厂区的自动化水平,还可以降低操作人员劳动强度,更重要的是能够避免人为因素对布料过程的影响,从而提高后续作业的工作水平。 Transport ore to silo for distribution, frequent operation of car changing warehouse is required, this not only increases the labor intensity of operators, but also makes the follow-up operation more affected by human factors. At the same time, the dust in the working environment of the distrubing dolly is large, not conducive to operation and observation, bring a lot of trouble to the operator. So whether the unattended control of the distrubing dolly can be realized can not only improve the automation level of the factory area, but also reduce the labor intensity of the operators, it can avoid the influence of human factors on the cloth process, improve the level of follow-up work.
