根据实验室尾矿膏体处置工艺提出的控制需求,设计了该实验室的自动控制系统,对实验室中试系统工艺过程参数及其设备进行自动控制,保证了中试系统工艺流程运行的稳定性,确保了试验过程数据采集的准确性、完整性。同时介绍了关键控制点仪表(如非核浓度计等)的选型及实际应用效果,确保自动控制系统的可靠性和准确性。
According to the control requirements of tailings paste disposal process in the laboratory, the automatic control system is designed to automatically control the process parameters and equipment of the laboratory pilot system, which ensures the stability of the pilot system and the accuracy and completeness of data collected during the test process. At the same time, the selection and practical application of key control point instruments (such as non-nuclear concentration meter) are introduced, which ensure the automatic control system reliability and accuracy.
