吸湿性墙体霉菌滋生风险室内温湿度临界值对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 建立吸湿性墙体热湿耦合迁移瞬态数学模型,通过与典型案例对比验证数学模型;为了评价霉菌滋生风险,提出了霉菌滋生风险室内湿度临界值及温湿度临界线等概念。研究我国南方主要城市两种典型墙体(红砖墙体与加气混凝土墙体)霉菌滋生风险室内温湿度临界值。研究结果发现:1)随着室内温度逐步升高,各地市两种墙体的霉菌滋生风险湿度临界值均逐步降低; 2)各地市霉菌滋生风险室内湿度临界值相差较大; 3)不同墙体的室内温湿度临界值各不相同,加气混凝土墙体温湿度临界线均高于红砖墙体。 This paper have built a dynamic mathematical model for simulating the coupled heat and moisture transfer and validated it by comparing with typical case.On the basis of the transient distribution of the temperature and the relative humidity,the paper is inclined to propose the concepts of humidity threshold value for mould germination risk,and heat-humidity critical lineto evaluate mould germination risk.And it studied indoor temperature-humidity threshold values for mould germination risk on the typical hygroscopic walls (red brick wall and aerated concrete wall) in some south cities of China.It found that:1 following the gradual increase of indoor temperature,the humidity threshold values of both walls are all gradually decreasing;2 the humidity threshold values of those cities are all different from each other;3 the temperature-humidity critical lines in these cities are different from each other,and the heat-humidity critical line of aerated concrete wall is higher than red brick wall.
