A Textual Research on Wu Zhenfang's Life, Family History and Association and Friendship

清康熙年间学者、刻书名家吴震方出身嘉兴望族石门洲泉吴氏。从生卒年、通籍、史迹政绩、为人为官、罢官原因及著述游历等方面考评了其生平情况,介绍并评述了吴氏家世渊源及吴父事迹入史始末,并从其与王崇简、王熙父子及梁清标、杜立德、吴琠、魏象枢等人的交游情况,考证出其通过父辈情谊、师生同年、仕宦交游等途径所建立的社会关系网络。

Wu Zhenfang,a scholar and printer in the time of Kangxi Emperor s reign in the Qing Dynasty,was born in a famous family in Shimen Zhouquan,Jiaxing.This paper examines his life from the aspects of his dates of birth and death,general history,historical achievements,experience as an official,reasons for dismissal,writings and travels,and introduces and comments on his family history and the process of how his father s deeds was written into the history,and demonstrates the social network he established through the friendship between his father and father s fellows,the relationship with his teachers and classmates as well as his association and friendship with other officials according to his social association with Wang Chongjian and his son Wang Xi,Liang Qingbiao,Du Lide,Wu Tian,Wei Xiangshu and so on.
