嘉兴建设“浙江省全面接轨上海示范区”的现状与对策

The Current Situation of Jiaxing's Construction of the “Demonstration Area in Zhejiang of Comprehensive Integration into Shanghai” and Its Countermeasures

嘉兴建设"浙江省全面接轨上海示范区"具有现实基础(或优势):一是高效的互动工作机制,二是扎实的交通设施接轨,三是良好的产业(园区)对接,四是有效的公共服务融合。但其在建设中,战略思路有待明晰,交通接轨有待加强,产业接轨有待深化,政策机制对接有待推进。应进一步转变接轨理念、明确目标定位,加大市域统筹、加快资源整合,加快产业对标、选准对接重点,加大改革力度、加快政策破壁和优化人居环境、强化社会服务。

There are realistic bases and advantages for Jiaxing to construct the“demonstration area of comprehensive integration into Shanghai”:efficient interactive working mechanism,well-developed traffic facilities and routes,well-cooperated industrial connection and effective integration of public service.However,in the construction process,there are also aspects to be improved:first,the strategy should be more clear;second,the traffic integration need to be further improved;third,the industrial integration are waiting to be deepened;last,the policy mechanism is ought to be promoted.So Jiaxing should further transform the idea of integration and set up explicit target,take into consideration the situation of each district,accelerate the industry benchmarking and select key fields of integration,strengthen the reform and accelerate to break the policy barriers,and optimize the living environment and enhance social services.
