Development and application of carrier intelligent scheduling system

当前LTE网络话务区域分布不均及潮汐效应凸显,传统的容量管控手段已无法高效应对。载波智能调度系统可以实现动态的载波调度,有效应对这种现状。本文首先介绍平台的系统功能设计,然后阐述该系统的架构和组成模块以及算法策略,最后介绍了该系统的应用效果。

At present,the traffic distribution in LTE network is uneven and the tidal effect is prominent.Traditional capacity management and control methods have been unable to deal with it efficiently.Carrier intelligent dispatching system can realize dynamic carrier dispatching and effectively cope with this situation.Firstly,this paper introduces the system function design of the platform,then elaborates the system structure,composition module and algorithm strategy,and finally introduces the application effect of the system.
