摘要
重点分析了主流移动电商平台的发展现状,总结了主流移动电商APP存在的问题和缺陷。为了提升移动电商APP的竞争力,解决存在的问题,进一步创造消费需求,挖掘消费潜力,提出了可行的用户体验设计的设计思路和相关对策,为电商企业在完善APP体验设计时提供参考和借鉴,有利于移动电商APP的体验设计评估。
This paper focuses on the development status of mainstream mobile e-commerce platform,summarizes the problems and shortcomings of mainstream mobile e-commerce APP.In order to improve the competitiveness of mobile e-commerce APP,solve the existing problems and further create consumer demand,and tap consumption potential,the design ideas and related countermeasures of feasible user experience design are put forward,which provide e-commerce enterprises with reference in improving APP experience design,and help them in doing experience design evaluation.
