首位度理论下广西北部湾城市群的协同发展

Synergistic Development of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration under the Primacy Theory

随着"一带一路"政策的推进及十九大以来对广西新的历史定位,广西北部湾城市群的政治、经济、人文及地位发生着深刻的变化,迫切需要解决其发展中存在的问题。基于此,本文以广西北部湾城市群作为研究对象,以美国学者马克·杰斐逊的"城市首位度"理论为基础,从统计年鉴等广泛收集数据,选取经济与人口规模两大分析指标,指出该城市群亟需在区域发展规划、提升首位度、加强基础设施建设、强化市场导向作用及完善人才技术培育引进等方面采取相关措施,以期为本地区城市群的协同发展提供基本的理论支撑和战略思考。

With the promotion of the"One Belt,One Road"policy and the new historical positioning of Guangxi in the 19th National Congress,the politics,economy,culture and status of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration have undergone profound changes,and there is an urgent need to address the existing problems in its development,therefore,taking the Guangxi Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration as the research object,based on the American scholar Mark Jefferson's"City Primacy"theory,this article collects data from the statistical yearbook and other sources,selects two major indicators including economy and population size,and points out that the urban agglomeration needs to take relevant measures in areas such as regional development planning,upgrading primacy,enhancing infrastructure construction,strengthening market-oriented role and improving the cultivation and introduction of talent and technology,in order to provide basic theoretical support and strategic thought for the synergistic development of urban agglomeration in the region.
