上海地区超低能耗建筑围护结构优化探索 被引量:3

摘要 文章收集调研夏热冬冷地区11个超低能耗建筑,对其采用的围护结构热工设计参数进行整理,提炼出该类建筑常用的围护设计参数范围。在此基础上,建立典型的上海办公建筑模型,以建筑负荷最低为优化目标,采用正交试验法,分析建筑空间设计因素、室内热扰等参数对超低能耗建筑围护结构热工参数设计的影响。结果显示,在负荷控制最低的前提下,气密性必须严格要求,围护结构传热系数、窗墙比及窗户太阳辐射得热系数等参数的选择与室内热扰大小、建筑平面面积有一定关联度。 This article collects and investigates 11 ultra-low energy consumption buildings in the hot summer and cold winter regions,and organizes the thermal design parameters of their envelopes to refine the envelope design parameters range commonly used in such buildings.On this basis,a typical Shanghai office building model is established.Taking the lowest building load as the optimization goal,the orthogonal experiment method is used to analyze the impact of building space design factors,indoor heat disturbance and other factors on the thermal engineering parameters of ultra-low energy consumption building's envelope structure.The results show that under the premise of the lowest load control,the air tightness must be strictly required;there is certain correlation between the selection of the parameters such as the heat transfer coefficient of the envelope structure,the window-to-wall ratio,the solar radiation heat gain coefficient of the window and the indoor thermal disturbance and the plane area of the building.
