掺合料及钢纤维对蒸养RPC强度和耐久性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过合理的试验设计,着重研究了掺合料及钢纤维对蒸养RPC强度和耐久性的影响,研究结果表明:10%~20%的硅粉掺量较为合理,不仅能够提高RPC的强度还能提高RPC耐久性。在固定硅粉掺量15%的条件下,粉煤灰掺量对蒸养RPC强度和耐久性均有影响,5%~15%粉煤灰掺量相对合理;在早期,粉煤灰的掺入会降低RPC强度,但到中后期,RPC的强度会逐渐增长甚至超过未掺入粉煤灰RPC强度;同时粉煤灰的掺入可以进一步提高RPC的耐久性。在固定硅粉掺量15%的条件下,矿粉掺量对蒸养RPC强度和耐久性均有影响,并在20%左右对RPC强度以及耐久性影响最大,对RPC强度和耐久性增长最有利。钢纤维的掺入主要能对蒸养RPC强度产生明显的影响,而对耐久性的影响有限,其中钢纤维掺入量与RPC抗折强度可能成线性关系;相同掺量的直线型钢纤维对RPC力学性能的改善效果要好于曲线型。 Through reasonable experimental design,the influence of admixture and steel fiber on the strength and durability of steam curing RPC is studied.The results show that the content of 10%~20%silica powder is more reasonable,which not only improves the strength of RPC,but also improves the durability of RPC.In a fixed amount of silicon powder 15%,influence of fly ash on the strength and durability of RPC autoclaved fly ash 5%~15%were relatively reasonable.In the early stage,the fly ash can reduce the strength of RPC,but in later period,the strength of RPC will gradually increase even more than the incorporation of coal powder will not at the same time RPC strength.Fly ash can improve the durability of RPC.Under the condition of 15%fixed silica fume,the strength and durability of steamcured RPC were all affected by the addition of mineral powder,and the influence on RPC strength and durability at 20%was the most,which was most favorable for the growth of RPC strength and durability.Steel fiber of autoclaved RPC strength can have a significant impact,and the impact on the durability,the flexural strength of steel fiber incorporation and RPC may be a linear relationship.Linear type steel fiber with the same mixing amount on the mechanical properties of RPC is better than the improved curve.
