不同引气剂对离子导电砂浆孔隙率及导电性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 离子导电砂浆的导电性能取决于内部电解质溶液的分布情况,而孔隙率是影响电解质溶液渗透的关键因素。采用了两种化学引气剂:铝粉和双氧水;两种常用物理引气剂:SJ-2和K12,并在不同水灰比条件下制备了离子导电砂浆试件35组,系统考察了引气剂和水灰比对离子导电砂浆孔隙率、电阻率和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,掺入引气剂和改变水灰比均能提高试件孔隙率。单掺时铝粉引气效果最佳,但其存在最优水灰比,而复掺能在单掺基础上进一步提高试件孔隙率。复掺铝粉和SJ-2引气剂,且水灰比为0.7时,孔隙率达到25.31%,渗透完全时电阻率可达到4.042Ω·m,为最优组合。 The electrical conductivity of the ionically conductivemortar depends on the distribution of the internal electrolyte solution,and the porosity is the key factor affecting the penetration of the electrolyte solution.35 groups of ionically conductive mortar specimens were manufactured with two chemical air entraining agents,aluminum powder and hydrogen peroxide.Two common physical air entraining agents,SJ-2 and K12,and the specimens were made by different water cement ratio.The influence of air-entraining agent and water-cement ratio on the porosity,resistivity and microstructure of ionically conductive mortar were investigated.The results showthat the porosity of the specimen can be improved by adding air entraining agent,and changing water cement ratio.The specimens made by aluminum powder and particular water cement ratio have the biggest porosity compared to other specimens with single air-entraining agent.The porosity of the specimens with two different air entraining agents can be further improved.According to the results,the specimens with aluminum powder and SJ-2(water cement ratio is 0.7)have optimal porosity,25.31%.Resistivity of the specimens are only 4.042Ω·m.
