低熟料胶凝材料混凝土耐久性研究 被引量:5

摘要 低熟料胶凝材料混凝土通过组分优化设计和高效减水剂可以实现良好工作性,并满足混凝土工程对强度等级的要求,缓解生态环境和资源压力。但利用低碳胶凝材料制备的混凝土耐久性如何是学术界和工程界关注的焦点问题。针对低熟料胶凝材料混凝土的抗碳性能、电通量、抗冻性能进行了研究与分析。自然碳化和强制碳化结果显示,低熟料混凝土比基准组的碳化深度小。随着养护龄期的增加,其抗碳化性能提高。低熟料胶凝材料混凝土的电通量显著降低,致密性良好。抗冻性研究表明,低熟料胶凝材料混凝土比基准组好。初步研究表明,低熟料胶凝材料混凝土耐久性能整体上优于目前混凝土搅拌站生产的混凝土。 Low clinker concrete can achieve good working performance through component optimization design and efficient water reducing agent,and meet the requirement of strength grade of concrete project,so as to relieve the pressure of ecological environment and resources.However,how to use low carbon cementitious materials to prepare concrete durability is the focus of the academic and engineering circles.Carbonation resistance,electric flux and frost resistance of low clinker cementitious material concrete were studied and analyzed.The results of natural and forced carbonization show that low clinker concrete has a lower carbonation depth than the reference group.With the increase of curing age,the anti-carbonation performance is improved.The electric flux of low clinker cementitious material concrete decreased significantly and the compactness was good.The study of frost resistance shows that low clinker concrete is better than the reference group.The preliminary study shows that the durability of concrete of low clinker cementitious material is better than that of concrete produced in concrete mixing station.
