基于灵敏度控制的某商用车前副车架轻量化设计 被引量:4

摘要 根据某款处于前期开发阶段的商用车前副车架的开发要求,结合有限元法对前副车架在4种典型恶劣工况进行了刚强度分析与模态分析。采用灵敏度分析方法分析了多个设计变量的轻量化潜力,最终选择可用于轻量化的板厚度变量作为尺寸优化设计变量,并对前副车架轻量化方案中的刚强度、模态特性进行了校验分析。根据疲劳寿命估计理论,采用Ncode软件对该商用车前副车架疲劳寿命进行了估计,保证了轻量化设计方案的可行性及可靠性,为今后商用车前副车架等部件在设计开发初期的轻量化设计提供了一种实例参照。 According to the requirements of front subframe for a commercial vehicle under development,strength and modal analysis with finite element method was performed under four typical severe conditions.The potential of several variables for lightweight design was assessed by sensitivity analysis.And the plate thickness was selected for the further size optimization.The validation of front subframe strength and modal characteristics was conducted.According to the theory of fatigue life estimation,the front subframe fatigue life of a commercial vehicle was estimated using Ncode software to ensure the feasibility and reliability of the lightweight design.It could provide a reference for front subframe lightweight design of a commercial vehicle at the early stage of development in the future.
