摘要
为了提高混炼机转子工作的可靠性和稳定性,获得满足设计要求的剪切型四棱转子。运用Solidworks Simulation模块对橡胶混炼机的剪切型四棱转子进行了静力学分析和模态分析,获得了该转子的应力、变形分布规律以及临界转速范围。并且在有限元分析的基础上,采用评估优化算法对其进行了优化设计,优化结果表明剪切型四棱转子强度提高了50%,刚度增加了15.3%,共振转速区间减小了46%,该分析结果对橡胶混炼机的剪切型四棱转子的结构优化和改进具有一定的指导意义。
In order to improve the reliability and stability of the mixer rotor, to meet the design requirements of the shear-type four-sided rotor, in work this paper, the static analysis and modal analysis of the shearing type of quadrangular rotor were carried out by using Solidworks Simulation module, and we obtained the rotor stress and deformation distribution and critical speed range. The optimization algorithm was used to optimize the design based on the finite element analysis, the results show that the shear strength of rectangular rotor strength increased by 50%, the stiffness increased 15.3%, the resonance speed interval is reduced by 46%, and the analysis results have certain guiding significance for the structural optimization and improvement of the shearing type of quadrangular rotor.
