Linear sebaceous nevus syndrome and its relevant ocular manifestations

目的分析皮脂腺痣综合征的眼部病变特征及其他相关临床表现,探讨其治疗方法。方法对2013至2018年来我院就诊的7例线性皮脂腺痣综合征患者的临床表现(眼部症状及眼部外症状)进行回顾性研究,7例患者均由眼科医师针对眼部症状及患者自身情况进行评估并制定个性化治疗方案,并对7例患者治疗效果进行随访。结果 7例患者均有典型的皮脂腺痣综合征的皮肤表现以及眼部症状,常见的眼部症状有眼部皮样瘤、眼睑缺损和斜视,7例患者进行(具体治疗措施)治疗后,经过两年以上的随访,效果良好。结论皮脂腺痣综合征是一种全身性疾病,眼部症状的表现有多样性及独特性,了解眼部病变特征并结台全身病史多系统的评估有助于其诊断,眼科医师应针对患者的临床表现联合其他科医师对患者进行功能评估,制定个性化治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of ocular lesions and other related clinical manifestations in linear sebaceous nevus syndrome,and to investigate potential treatment methods.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical manifestations(ocular and extraocular symptoms)of 7 patients with linear sebaceous nevus syndrome who were treated in our hospital from year 2013 to 2018.All 7 patients were treated by ophthalmologists using personalized treatment methods based on their ocular symptoms and individual situations.The treatment effect of 7 patients was followed up.Results All 7 patients had typical skin and ocular symptoms of linear sebaceous nevus syndrome.Common ocular symptoms included ocular papilloma,orbital defect and strabismus.After more than two years of follow-up,the treatment effect of 7 patients was good.Conclusions Linear sebaceous nevus syndrome is a systemic disease.The related ocular manifestations are diverse and unique.Understanding the characteristics of ocular lesions and establishing a systematic review of systemic history will contribute to the diagnosis.The ophthalmologist should work with other physicians to evaluate the patient's functional status based on the clinical manifestations,and develop a personalized treatment plan.
