改良倒“L”法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术的短期临床观察

A short clinical observation of epicanthus correction by the modified inverted L-shape method combined with double eyelid surgery

目的观察改良倒"L"法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析在我院采用改良倒"L"法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术的36例患者术后的临床资料,分别在术后1周、1个月及3个月回访,观察患者术后内眦角形态、瘢痕及效果等情况。结果 1例患者在术后1个月可见内眦部瘢痕,术后3个月消除。1例患者术后1个月发生内眦角部分回退,术后3个月无加重。其余34例患者在回访的3个时间点,术后1周、术后1个月及3个月均无内眦部瘢痕,内眦赘皮改善明显,内眦形态佳,内眦间距明显缩短,睑裂长度增加,重睑美观、自然。结论改良倒"L"法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术方法简单,易于学习和掌握,术后效果美观、稳定,患者满意度高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the correction of epicanthus by the modified inverted L-shape method combined with double eyelid surgery.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 36 patients who underwent epicanthus correction by the modified inverted L-shape method combined with double eyelid surgery in our hospital.The shape of the inner canthus angle,scarring and other clinical effects were observed on each follow up at 1 week,1 month and 3 months post-operatively.Results One patient showed scar formation at the canthus about 1 month after the operation,which disappeared at 3 months after the operation.Another patient demonstrated partial canthus recession at 1 month and no aggravation at 3 months.The other 34 patients had no scarring and showed significant improvement of epicanthus at all follow-up.The distance between inner canthus was shortened,the length of palpebral fissure was increased,and the double eyelids were beautiful and natural.Conclusion The correction of epicanthus by the modified inverted L-shape method combined with double eyelid surgery is easy to learn,the postoperative effect is ideal and stable,and the patient satisfaction is high.
