“一带一路”背景下中国校园足球发展的国际外交战略研究

International Diplomatic Strategy of Chinese Campus Football Development Under the Background of Belt and Road Initiative

中国校园足球发展的国际外交合作是中国体育外交、也是中国从体育大国迈向强国的重要部分。在党的十九大精神和“一带一路”倡议引领下,校园足球从最初的普及提高到现今的体制改革,在完善各种制度建设和机制的同时不断汲取足球发达国家的先进经验,取得可喜成就。以中国校园足球的发展外交为研究对象,对我国校园足球的国际化合作与对外交流现状及存在的问题进行探讨,在“一带一路”倡议下结合国际足球运动发展的趋势寻找破解良方,旨在为中国校园足球精英与外交后备人才的培养,为促进校园足球和体育外交发展、增强中国体育在国际上的地位和话语权、推动中国体育强国建设提供理论支撑。

The international diplomatic cooperation in the development of China’s campus football plays a crucial role in China’s sports diplomacy and the process of China from a major sports country to a powerful sports country.Guided by the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and Belt and Road Initiative,campus football has improved from the initial popularity to the present system reform.While perfecting various systems and mechanisms,it has constantly drawn on the advanced experience of developed countries and made gratifying achievements.Taking the development diplomacy of China’s campus football as the research object,this paper mainly uses the methods of documentation and comparison to discuss the current situation and existing problems of international cooperation and foreign exchange of China’s campus football and seek to find a solution based on Belt and Road Initiative as well as the trend of international football development.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical support for the cultivation of elites and diplomatic reserve talents of Chinese campus football,to promote the development of campus football and sports diplomacy,to enhance the international status and discourse power of Chinese sports,and to promote the construction of China’s sports power.
