基于善治理论的我国校园足球治理机制研究

Governance Mechanism of Campus Football in China Based on Good Governance Theory

运用文献资料法对善治理论在我国校园足球治理机制中的适应性及校园足球治理机制现状进行分析,得出现阶段我国校园足球存在政策执行目标错位、管理体制不健全、师资设施经费不足、监督评估体系不完善等问题影响校园足球治理。又因善治理论具有普适性,且符合我国改革创新的需求,因此,基于善治理论,从善治识别机制、善治政策制定执行机制、善治保障机制、善治监督评估机制四个方面对我国校园足球治理机制进行分析,以为我国校园足球治理机制提供新的方向为目标,促进校园足球高效运行。

By using the method of documentation,the adaptability of the theory of good governance in the governance mechanism of campus football and the current situation of the governance mechanism of campus football in China are analyzed.It is concluded that there are some problems affecting the governance of campus football,such as the dislocation of policy implementation objectives,the imperfection of management system,the insufficient funds for teachers and facilities,and the imperfection of supervision and evaluation system.Because the theory of good governance is universal and meets the needs of reform and innovation in China,this paper,based on the theory of good governance,makes an analysis of the governance mechanism of campus football in China from four aspects:the identification mechanism of good governance,the formulation and implementation mechanism of good governance policy,the guarantee mechanism of good governance,and the supervision and evaluation mechanism of good governance,in order to provide a new direction for the governance mechanism of campus football in China and promote the efficient operation of campus football.
