大型体育赛事的经济效应分析及其优化策略——以第十三届全运会为例

Economic Effect and Optimizing Strategies of Holding Large-scale Sports Events:A Case Study of the Thirteenth National Games

以第十三届全运会为例,从正面效应与负面效应论述了大型赛事对国民经济的重要影响。研究表明:举办大型赛事可促进当地GDP增长、提高就业水平、带动经济结构转型和第三产业发展、推动城市基础设施建设等优势;而随之带来的问题包括举办大型赛事超出政府预算,新建的场馆如何进行赛后利用与便民使用,对旅游业造成了挤出效应,同时在赛事举办期间给当地交通带来了压力。优化策略:科学合理地做好大型赛事的预算工作,重视赛后场馆的利用问题,加强赛事期间的旅游管理以及协调处理好赛事举办期间的交通问题。

Taking the 13th National Games as an example,this paper discusses the important influence of large-scale sports events on the national economy from the positive and negative effects.The results show that holding large-scale events can promote the growth of local GDP,improve employment level,promote the transformation of economic structure and the development of tertiary industry,and promote the construction of urban infrastructure.The resulting problems include the raising of government budgets by hosting major events,how to make use of newly-built venues and facilitate the use of the people after the games,the crowding-out effect on tourism industry,and the pressure to local traffic during the event.It is suggested that the budget of large-scale events should be done scientifically and reasonably;the utilization of venues after competitions should be emphasized;the tourism management during the competitions should be strengthened;and the traffic problems during the competitions should be handled in a coordinated manner.
