农村体育教师专业学习共同体建设的实践逻辑 被引量:22

摘要 专业学习共同体是新时期农村体育教师专业发展的重要途径和主要趋势,探寻农村体育教师专业学习共同体的发展现状将为促进我国农村体育教师队伍建设提供新的思路。目前我国农村体育教师专业学习共同体建设面临如下问题:缺乏专业学习共同体的组织文化、组织平台以及教师专业学习共同体素养培养的有效供给,体育教师缺乏建构专业学习共同体的自觉自为意识。因此,促进农村体育教师专业学习共同体的建设应加大农村地区体育师资投入,加强农村体育教师培训的供给侧改革,建立基于反思、平等、互助的体育教研机制,建立和完善信息化体育教研平台。 Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) is a critical path and main trend for the professional development of rural PE teachers in the new period.Exploring the development status of rural physical education teachers’ PLCs will provide new ideas for promoting the construction of rural physical education teachers in China.At present,rural PE teachers’ PLCs construction in China is facing the following problems:lack of effective supply of organization culture,organization platform and teachers’ PLCs literacy cultivation;PE teachers are lack of the self-consciousness of constructing PLCs.Therefore,in order to promote the construction of PLCs for rural physical education teachers,we should increase the input of physical education teachers in rural areas,strengthen the supply-side reform of rural physical education teachers’ training,establish a sports teaching and research mechanism based on reflection,equality and mutual assistance,and establish and improve the information-based sports teaching and research platform.
