2012—2018年空军特色医学中心眼科飞行人员住院情况分析

Analysis of hospitalization of aircrew with ophthalmological diseases in Air Force Medical Center from 2012 to 2018

目的了解2012—2018年空军特色医学中心(原空军总医院)眼科飞行人员因眼部疾病住院情况。方法收集整理2012—2018年空军特色医学中心(原空军总医院)眼科住院飞行人员资料,分析住院飞行人员中各眼部疾病构成比及预后情况。结果 2012—2018年因眼部疾病住院的飞行人员共101名,平均年龄(35.0±6.4)岁,各疾病占比由高到低依次为:屈光不正,视网膜疾病,青光眼,眼外伤,视神经疾病,眼表疾病,眼球运动障碍,颅脑疾病,葡萄膜疾病,眼眶疾病。飞行合格45.54%,不合格37.62%,暂不合格16.83%。导致飞行不合格眼部疾病占比由高到低依次为:屈光不正,视网膜疾病,视神经疾病,眼外伤,青光眼,眼球运动障碍,颅脑疾病,眼表疾病。结论应有针对性地预防眼部疾病,努力做到早发现、早诊断、及时治疗,进一步提高飞行员眼部疾病治疗的成功率,进而显著提高飞行再合格率。

Objective To analyze the data on hospitalization of aircrews due to ophthalmological diseases in the Air Force Medical Center between 2012 and 2018.Methods Clinical data was collected on aircrews hospitalized in the Department of Ophthalmology of the Air Force Medical Center between 2012 and 2018.Results A total of 101 aircrews were selected,with an average age of(35.0±6.4)years old.The most prevalent of the diseases was refractive error,followed by retinal disease,glaucoma,ocular trauma,optic nerve disease,ocular surface disease,eye motility disorders,brain disease,uveal disease and orbital disease.45.54%of these pilots were qualified for flight,37.62%unqualified,and 16.83%temporarily unqualified.The eye disease most responsible for disqualification for flight was refractive error,followed by retinal disease,optic nerve disease,ocular trauma,glaucoma,eye movement disorders,brain disease and ocular surface disease.Conclusion Refractive error and retinal disease are two dominating eye diseases among aircrews.Early detection and targeted therapy of eye diseases are expected in order to improve the re-flight rate after treatment.
