公立医院内部控制建设问题与体系构建

Talking about problems in implementation and system construction of internal control construction in public hospitals

随着医改的日益深化,内部控制建设越来越受到公立医院及上级管理部门的重视,内部控制体系的构建是公立医院管理的重要组成部分。本文通过分析公立医院在内部控制建设中出现的问题,提出了医院构建内部控制体系的方法和策略。

With the deepening of medical reform, internal control construction has received more and more attention from public hospitals and superior management departments. The construction of internal control system is an important part of public hospital management. By analyzing problems and bottlenecks in the internal control construction of public hospitals, this paper provides some suggestions and references for methods and strategies of constructing the internal control system of hospitals.
