“一带一路”背景下中国与中亚地区资金融通问题研究

On Accommodation of Fund in China and Central Asia under the Background of “One Belt One Road”Initiative

"一带一路"背景下,加强资金融通建设是实现"五通"的关键。如何加强中国与中亚地区的金融合作,建立一个健康的区域金融市场以更好服务"丝绸之路经济带"建设成为一个值得思考的问题。本文结合中国与中亚地区的经济基础及外贸合作状况,分析了中亚地区资金融通的基础条件。其中中亚国家经济水平差距较大,大国博弈的存在以及中亚地区自身金融体系的不完整构成该地区资金融通面临的挑战。完善金融基础设施建设,推动人民币区域国际化,加快经贸与金融协调发展,加强金融体系监管成为实现中国与中亚地区资金融通的政策选择。

Strengthening the construction of financial accommodation is the key to realize "five kinds" of financing un.der the background of “one belt one road" initiative.The paper analyzes the basic conditions of accommodation of fund in China and central Asia based on the economic base and foreign trade cooperation in which there is a gap in economic level among the countries in central Asia and the existence of the big country game and the incomplete financial system of the central Asian region constitute the challenges to the financing of the central Asian region.The paper holds that improv.ing the construction of financial infrastructure,promoting the regional internationalization of RMB,speeding up the coordi.nated development of economy,trade and finance,and strengthening the supervision of the financial system have become the policy choice to realize the financial integration between China and central Asia.
