摘要
从工作嵌入的视角,以城市归属感为控制变量,对新生代外来务工人员城市定居意愿进行探讨。对174位新生代外来务工人员进行问卷调查,使用spearman相关分析和二项logistic回归分析方法对新生代外来务工人员的城市归属感与定居意愿进行分析。结果表明,50.6%的新生代外来务工人员有明确的城市定居意愿,工作嵌入对城市定居意愿有显著正向影响。通过分析工作嵌入如何强化新生代外来务工人员的城市意愿,从政府、企业、社区、个人四方面提出了建议,促进新生代外来务工人员市民化。
From the perspective of job embeddedness, this paper takes the sense of belonging to the city as the control variable to discuss the new generation of migrant workers willingness to settle in the city. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 174 new generation migrant workers. Spearman correlation analysis and binomial logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the new generation of migrant workers' sense of belonging to the city and their willingness of settlement. The regression results showed that 50.6% of the new generation of migrant workers had a clear intention to settle in the city, and job embeddedness had a significant positive effect on the willingness to settle in the city. The conclusion of this study specifically analyzes how to strengthen the willingness of settlement of the new generation of migrant workers through job embeddedness. Suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of government, enterprise, community and individual to promote the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers.
