摘要
针对现有自动扶梯梳齿板安全保护开关检测方案无法测量触发力大小,且需检测人员数量多等问题,设计一种自动扶梯梳齿板安全保护开关触发力测量装置。该装置利用齿轮传动与螺纹推动将扭矩进行二级放大,产生足够的推力或拉力以触发安全保护开关;利用偏心轮产生较大夹紧力以保证有效触发安全保护开关;可适用于水平触发与垂直触发2种型式的安全保护开关。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of the safety protection switch of the comb tooth plate of escalator, aiming at the existing detection scheme of the safety protection switch of the comb tooth plate of escalator which can't measure the magnitude of the triggering force and has many requirements on the number of detection personnel, a kind of measurement device with high efficiency, high precision and low cost is proposed. The device can be used for both horizontal trigger and vertical trigger. The torque is amplified by gear transmission and thread drive to generate enough thrust or tension to trigger the safety switch. The mechanism is compact in design. The design of eccentric wheel is used to generate larger clamping force to ensure that the safety switch can be triggered effectively. The device is helpful to quantify the test of safety protection switch.
