摘要
根据眼镜产品相关标准的要求,设计一种眼镜产品光学性能专用检测装置。利用双光束、积分球提高检测准确度;设计适用于不同类型眼镜片的夹具,使眼镜X-Y轴定位误差控制在±0.1 mm,角度定位误差控制在±0.1°;通过编程计算实现多参数一次性检测,提高检测效率。
According to relevant theories, a special optical performance testing device is designed for spectacles. Double beam and integral ball are used to improve the detection accuracy. Fixture is designed to be suitable for all kinds of different types of spectacles, make sure the x-y axis positioning error control at ±0.1 mm and the Angle positioning error control at 0.1°;Through programming, multi-parameter detection is reached at one time, and the detection efficiency is improved.
