摘要
矿用电动轮自卸卡车具有装载量大、运行效率高、经济性好特点,成为大型露天铜矿、煤矿、铁矿的运输工程卡车。目前,国内有多家重型装备企业在生产电动轮自卸卡车但卡车的控制系统及主要总成件掌握在美国通用电气、德国西门子、美国卡特彼勒等公司手中,电动轮卡车制造利润大部分流出,同时卡车维护备件、总成件价格受到极大制约,并且卡车核心技术无法自有使国内大型自卸卡车的发展严重受制。从小松730E电动轮汽车在运行维护中存在问题为基础,提出了动力传动系统及辅助控制系统的模块化设计思路,应用现代电机控制系统实现卡车的动力控制,为电动轮重装卡车国产化提供一个可能的途径。
The electric self-discharging truck for mining has the characteristics of large loading capacity, high operation efficiency and good economy, which are playing increasingly greater role in the large open pit copper, coal, iron ore transport engineering truck. At present, many heavy equipment enterprises in China are producing electric wheel dump trucks, but the control system and main assembly parts of the truck are controlled by GE, Siemens, Caterpillar and other companies, which causes the bulk of profits from making electric wheeled trucks to flow out. In the meanwhile, the price of truck maintenance spare parts and assembly parts is greatly restricted, and the core technology cannot make the development of domestic large dump trucks. Based on the problems existing in the operation and maintenance of KOMATSU 730E electric wheel vehicle, the modular design idea of power transmission system and auxiliary control system is proposed, and the power control of truck is realized by using modern motor control system, which provides a possible way for the localization of electric wheel heavy truck.
