Discussion and Prospect of Sustainable Development of Transportation Equipment in Dexing Copper Mine

矿产资源是国家经济发展的重要能源支持,社会的日常消耗和进步对金属材料和矿产资源的需求量不断增加。长期以来矿山、煤铜等资源型企业在开采量不断扩大,对于资源存储量和设备技术状况还未满足需求。所以在采矿设备的发展趋势和高效的使用率也越来越被重视。德兴铜矿是江铜集团旗下的主力矿山,是亚洲最大的露天铜矿,也是中国第一、世界第二,目前德兴铜矿采矿场现有主要采矿机电设备有如下:牙轮钻机15台、电铲13台其中斗容15m^3的有4台、电动轮汽车51台其中载重220t的有21台、养路工程设备58台、废石胶带运输机1台。设备之多只有通过提质增效和节能减排,才能满足德兴铜矿采矿设备现状和发展需求。

Mineral resources are important energy support for national economic development,the daily consumption and progress of society are increasing demand for metal materials and mineral resources. For a long time, resource-based enterprises such as mines, coal and copper have been expanding their mining capacity, and their demand for resource storage and equipment technology has not yet been met. Therefore, the development trend and efficient utilization rate of mining equipment are also being paid more and more attention. Dexing Copper Mine is the main mine of Jiangxi copper group, the largest open-pit copper mine in Asia, and the first in China and the second in the world. At present, the main mining electrical and mechanical equipment in Dexing copper mine is as follows: there are 15 rotary drill rig, 13 sets electric shovels and 4 of which of 15 cubic meters, 51 sets electric wheel trucks, 21of which are loaded 220 tons, 58 sets of maintenance engineering equipment,1 waste rock belt conveyor. Only by improving quality and efficiency and saving energy and emission reduction can the equipment meet the current situation and development needs of Dexing Copper Mine.
