微量元素对H65合金铸态晶粒尺寸的影响

摘要 以H65铸态合金为研究对象,添加不同含量的微量元素(Ti、Zr、Y、Co)。采用定性比较和定量测量的方式对合金铸态晶粒尺寸进行了分析。结果表明:Ti、Zr、Co三种元素的添加,对H65合金铸态组织可以起到细化作用;其中,以Zr元素的细化效果最为明显,添加量为0.10 %时,细化后的铸态平均晶粒直径仅为65.98 μm,是未添加时的17.3 %。 H65 alloy as-cast is the research object,and added microelements Ti,Zr,Y,Co with different content to it. This paper studied the effects of these microelements on the alloy as-cast organization by qualitative comparison and quantitative measurement. The results show that: adding Ti, Zr and Co has good effect on reducing the grain size of H65 alloy as-cast. The alloy grain average diameter is 65.98μm, which is 17.3 % when not adding any microelement, as the content of Zr is 0.10 %, and that is the best effect in the authors’ experiment.
