摘要
文章根据重型越野汽车的设计需求和对开式车轮的结构特点,设计了带有浅槽和内置气道对开式车轮。并对越野汽车车轮进行强度分析。结果显示该重型越野汽车轻量化车轮产品设计的合理性,解决了车辆维修性等的问题。
According to the design requirements of heavy-duty off-road vehicles and the structural features of divided wheels,this paper designs the wheels with shallow well and built-in air passages.The strength analysis of off-road vehicle wheels is also carried out.The results show that the product design of the wheels of the heavy-duty off-road vehicle is reasonable,and improves the vehicle maintainability.
