平面照度合成模型与验证试验

摘要 以整车上的被测面为检测对象,通过CCD成像式亮度计对被测面在漫反/透射测试屏幕背面所形成的亮度情况进行检测,再经漫透射屏幕上各个位置点的校准系数修正,得出被测面上信号灯在测试屏幕中形成的照度分布情况。该方法在理论分析中已经得以证实,但还需要通过模拟试验来进行验证。同时,根据不同被测面上的信号灯的布局类型,在测试屏幕中合成的照度分布情况又可分为,单灯类型、双灯类型、三灯类型及混合类型。在多个灯同时作用下,非理想的漫反/透射屏上的照度值分布与屏幕亮度的分布是否相同也需要通过试验验证。混合模式,需要通过图像处理来分离两种功能信号灯的照度分布,其实际效果也需要进一步确认。 Taking the measured surface on the vehicle as the test object,the brightness of the measured surface on the back of the diffuse/transmission test screen was detected by CCD imaging luminometer,and the calibration coefficient of each position on the diffuse transmission screen was corrected.The illuminance distribution of the signal light on the test surface in the test screen is obtained.The method has been proved in theoretical analysis,but it needs to be verified by simulation test.
