摘要
随着国内汽车制造行业的飞速发展,行业竞争日趋激烈。混线生产模式下汽车企业面临着一系列物流课题,自动引导运输(AGV)系统的导入能够提升物流效率。文章结合G企业实际情况对总装AGV系统规划进行分析,同时提出AGV小车运行路径的优化方案,削减AGV的实际投入数量,降低生产成本。
With the rapid development of the automobile manufacturing industry,the competition between them is becoming fierce increasingly.Under the hybrid production mode,automobile enterprises are faced with a series of logistics issues.And the system of automatic guided vehicle(AGV)can improve the logistics efficiency.In this paper,we analyzes the AGV's system planning based on the actual situation of G enterprise.Also we get the optimization of AGV's moving paths,from that we can reduce the quantity of AGVs and reduce the production cost at the same time.
