论创新是国家核心竞争力提升的最关键因素

摘要 创新与国家核心竞争力均以实现发展为逻辑起点,创新对国家核心竞争力的提升贯穿在自主创新、创新驱动发展、创新型国家建设的整个过程中。创新是国家核心竞争力提升的最关键因素在于:经济发展的新阶段与面临的新挑战,决定了国家核心竞争力对创新需求的迫切性;创新在我国战略体系中的战略地位,决定了国家核心竞争力的目标与内容;创新是增强国家竞争力和获取国际竞争优势的源泉,为国家核心竞争力注入竞争活力与提升动力;创新的自身优势与经济意义,使国家核心竞争力全方面提升得以可行;创新激发进一步的创新,促使国家核心竞争力持续提升。 Both innovation and national core competitiveness take development as the logical starting point. The improvement of national core competitiveness by innovation runs through the whole process of independent innovation, innovation-driven development and innovation-oriented national construction. Innovation is the most critical factor for the improvement of a country's core competitiveness, which lies in the following points. The new stage of economic development and the new challenges it faces determine the urgency of national core competitiveness for innovation. The strategic position of innovation in China's strategic system determines the goal and content of the country's core competitiveness. Innovation is the source of enhancing national competitiveness and gaining international competitive advantage, injecting competitive vitality and driving force into national core competitiveness. The advantages and economic significance of innovation make it feasible to enhance the national core competitiveness in all aspects. Innovation stimulates further innovation and promotes the continuous improvement of national core competitiveness.
