摘要
本文介绍了中国当前劳动力就业的现状,分析了中国七大区域就业存在的问题,如人口老龄化严重、城乡差异明显、受教育程度偏低、区域分布差异明显、产业结构不协调等。通过建立面板回归模型,估算得出不同年份中国七大区域的全要素生产率,考察了不同区域之间资本存量和国内生产总值变化率对就业变化率的影响,并且分3个时段估计了中国七大区域就业变化率影响因素的参数。最后,针对七大区域所面临的问题提出建议。
This paper first introduced the current situation of labor force employment in China, and secondly, analyzed the different problems of employment in seven regions of China, such as the serious aging population, obvious differences between urban and rural areas, low education level, obvious regional distribution differences, uncoordinated industrial structure and so on. Thirdly, by establishing the panel regression model, the total factor productivity of seven regions in China in different years was estimated, the influences of capital stock and GDP change rate on the rate of employment change was investigated, and the parameters of the influencing factors of employment change rate in seven regions of China were estimated in 3 time periods. Finally, suggestions were made in response to the problems faced by the seven major regions.
