摘要
辽宁省科技成果转化政策的实施,对于促进科技创新、将科学研究应用于生产实践具有重要作用。本文以内容分析法为基础,结合政策工具分析方法,对辽宁省近30年来科技成果转化政策进行量化分析并提出改进的对策建议,为政策的完善提供参考。
The implementation of Liaoning' s policies on scientific and technological achievements transformation plays an important role in promoting scientific and technological innovation and applying scientific research to production practice. Based on the content analysis method and combining with the tool analysis method of policies, this paper made a quantitative analysis of Liaoning' s policies on scientific and technological achievements transformation in the past 30 years and put forward suggestions for improvement, serving as a reference for the improvement of policies.
