摘要
为了降低矿井消突成本,提高瓦斯抽采钻孔效率,缩短瓦斯抽采时间,以大淑村矿172107底抽巷穿层预抽钻孔为研究背景,对高瓦斯、低透气性煤层采取水力冲孔增透技术进行了研究并展开了现场应用。应用结果表明,在三采区皮带下山石门揭煤工作面预抽煤层瓦斯钻孔采用水力冲孔增透技术后,在保证安全揭煤的前提下,加快了石门揭煤的速度,解决了工作面接替紧张的局面,保证了矿井的采掘平衡,缩短了瓦斯抽采时间。因此,该方法对煤层安全高效开采具有十分重要的意义。
In order to reduce the outburst control cost,improve the gas extraction efficiency,and shorten the gas extraction time,taking the pre-drainage borehole of No.172107 bottom drainage roadway in Dashucun Coal Mine as research background,the hydraulic punching antireflection technology of high gas and low permeability coal seam was studied and applied. The application results showed that the technology ensures the safe of rock cross-cut coal uncovering and accelerates the speed of rock cross-cut coal uncovering,which has very important significant for mine safety and efficient production.
