二石磕煤矿缓坡副斜井施工方法探讨

摘要 二石磕煤矿缓坡副斜井穿过厚松散层和风化基岩等破碎地层。由于井筒倾角小,其穿过松散层水平距离较长,且风化基岩段井筒涌水量较大,传统的普通施工方法不能满足安全施工要求。根据具体情况,提出了几种可行的井筒施工方法(地面预降水法、冻结法、注浆+普通施工法),并进行了分析对比,从中选择了最适合二石磕煤矿缓坡副斜井的施工方法,即注浆+普通施工方法。该施工方法在确保安全施工的前提下,施工工艺简单,工程造价较低,施工速度有保证。 The gentle slope auxiliary inclined shaft of Ershike coal mine passes through the fractured strata such as thick loose layer and weathered bedrock. Because of the long distance of shaft passing through loose layer and the large water inflow in weathered bedrock section,the traditional common construction method cannot meet the requirements of safety construction. According to the specific conditions,several feasible shaft construction methods(ground pre-precipitation method,freezing method,grouting + common construction method)were proposed. Through analysis and comparison,the grouting + common construction method for the gentle slope auxiliary inclined shaft in Ershizong Coal Mine is selected. Under the premise of ensuring safety construction,the construction method is simple,the construction cost is low,and the construction speed is guaranteed.
