摘要 为保证煤矿机电设备的健康运行,开展了故障诊断与检修的方法分析,作为能源学中一个重要的衡量指标,能量算子经常被用在煤矿机电设备的故障诊断中。通过分析认为,能量算子的算法准确度高,错误率小,可以节约大量的人力物力财力;利用能量算子得到的数据和图谱可以提供非常大的信息量,比如能量算子的解调频谱,峰值可以反映出很多问题,在设备的故障诊断中,能量算子使煤矿机电设备中的问题分析变得简单,因此在煤矿机电设备领域的应用十分广泛。同时总结了利用能量算子的各种图像和数据进行诊断得到的信息量巨大,需要具备深厚的物理和数学知识储备。 In order to ensure the healthy operation of coal mine electromechanical equipment,the fault diagnosis and maintenance should be carried out. As an important measure in energy science,energy operators are often used in the fault diagnosis of coal mine electromechanical equipment. According to the analysis,the algorithm of the energy operator has high accuracy and small error rate,which can save a lot of manpower,material and financial resources. The data and map obtained by the energy operator can provide a very large amount of information,such as the demodulation spectrum of the energy operator. In the fault diagnosis of equipment,the energy operator makes the analysis of problems simple,so it is widely used in the field of coal mine electromechanical equipment. At the same time,a great deal of information can be obtained by using various images and data of energy operator,which requires good physical and mathematical knowledge.
