摘要
针对大采高综采面上下端头煤炭开采留设三角煤的问题,提出了增大综采面上下端头采高的解决思路。通过将综采面2台端头支架改造为大落差端头支架,改进端头液压支架侧护板高度,解决了端头支架与中部支架支撑高度不一致的状况,回收了综采面上下端头三角煤资源,提高了综采面回采率。工程实践表明,工艺优化技术合理可行、安全可靠,显著提高了综采工作面的安全开采条件及经济效益。
Aiming at the problem of triangle coal left in upper and lower end of fully mechanized mining face,the solution of increasing mining height of face-en support was put forward. By transforming two face-end supports of fully mechanized mining face into big-drop supports and adding side guard plate height of face-end hydraulic supports,the inconsistent support height between face-end supports and middle supports was solved,and the triangular coal was recovered. The engineering practice shows that the optimization technology is reasonable and feasible,which can improve the safety conditions of fully mechanized working face and the economic benefits.
