摘要
通过分析、总结现场密闭施工过程中现用的登高平台应用过程中存在的一些问题,得出现用施工平台存在着费时费力、安全可靠性差、维护量大等诸多弊端。为更好地满足现场应用,在现场实践的基础上经反复试验,提出了安全可靠、省时省力、经济合理的"3+3"新型密闭施工平台。实证分析表明,"3+3"新型密闭施工平台的使用减少了密闭施工中很多辅助工作,优化了施工流程,不仅产生了相应的经济效益,减少了密闭施工过程中由于原有平台施工空间不足导致的来回搬运的问题,更提供了安全可靠的工作空间,为类似条件下的密闭施工平台的选择提供了技术支持。
The analysis shows that the existing construction platform has many disadvantages,such as time-consuming and laborious,poor safety and reliability,and large amount of maintenance works. In order to better meet the field application,after repeated tests,a new type of “3+3” sealed construction platform was put forward,which is safe,reliable,time-saving,labor-saving and economical. The practice shows that in closed construction process,“3+3” new sealed construction platform reduces many auxiliary work,optimizes the construction process,increases economic benefits,and provides a safety working space,which provides technical support for the selection of closed construction platform in similar conditions.
