煤矿安全生产主要影响因素及安全管理对策

Main influencing factors and management measures of coal mine safety production

针对我国煤矿安全生产现状,从国家、企业、个人角度深入的剖析目前在煤矿安全生产过程中存在的问题,例如安全生产法律法规体系不完善、机械化程度不均衡、安全管理滞后、煤矿从业人员素质参差不齐等。从国家、企业、个人各个层面提出了对应的预防措施,具体如国家健全安全生产法律法规体系、企业构建本安化生产体系、员工强化主动参与安全生产意识,并进行了详细的分析,提出的管理对策对于改善我国煤矿安全生产现状具有一定的指导意义。

In view of the present situation of coal mine safety production in China,the existing problems in coal mine safety production are analyzed,such as imperfect safety production laws and regulations,unbalanced mechanization,lagging safety management,uneven quality of coal mine employees,etc. From the national,enterprise,and individual levels,corresponding preventive measures were proposed,such as perfecting the safety production law and regulation system,building an intrinsically safety production system,strengthening the consciousness of employees’ active participation in safety production,which have certain guiding significance for improving the present situation of safety production in coal mines in China.
